Tallow Blend Soap – Wairau River

Named after the river that runs through our part of Marlborough, this is a gentle, everyday floral bar. Rose geranium, ylang ylang and lavender give a soft, pretty scent, and kaolin clay and indigo make it pale duck-egg blue. Tallow, plant oils and cow's milk make a creamy lather.

• Wet the bar and your skin.
• Lather in your hands or on a cloth, then rinse well.
• Let it dry on a draining dish between uses.

• Grass-fed tallow – From our local Marlborough butcher; makes a hard, lasting bar
• Olive, coconut, shea and castor oils – Help make a soft, bubbly, creamy lather
• Cow's milk – Adds a lovely creamy feel to the bar
• Rose geranium, ylang ylang, lavender oils – A soft, pretty floral blend
• Kaolin clay and indigo – For a gentle, pale duck-egg blue
