We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day. During busy periods (product launches, sales, and public holidays), it may take up to 48 hours.
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (NZST). Messages received outside these hours will be responded to on the next business day.
Common Enquiries
Order status or tracking: Please include your order number in your email. You can also track your parcel directly at nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.
Returns or refunds: Please email us before sending anything back. Our full Refund & Returns Policy is available on our Store.
Product questions: If you have questions about ingredients, usage, storage, or which product is right for your skin, we are happy to help.
Wholesale or stockist enquiries: If you are interested in stocking Gecko Creationz products, please email us with details about your business.
