Our Process:
I use a traditional cold process method with multi-purified tallow, made by hand in my Marlborough workshop. Each batch is then cured for four weeks to give you a mild, long-lasting bar. No sodium hydroxide remains in the finished soap. As each bar is handmade in small batches, slight variations in colour, scent and shape can happen from bar to bar — that's the nature of a real, hand-poured soap, not a fault.

Not at all. Our bars rinse completely clean, leaving your skin feeling soft and hydrated, never greasy. This is thanks to the naturally occurring glycerin created during the soap-making process.

Our unscented bars have a very clean, neutral scent. We also offer varieties scented only with pure essential oils for a beautiful, natural aroma. We never use synthetic fragrances.
