I made this one for people who are sensitive to essential oils. It's grass-fed beef tallow, olive, coconut and castor oils, with no essential oils and no synthetic fragrance. Cold process and palm oil free. The stick shape makes your shampoo easy to spot in a shower full of bars.
How to use

- Wet hair well, then rub the stick over your scalp.
- Massage the lather in, then rinse completely.
- Rinse with 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar in 500 mL warm water.

Keep it on a well-draining dish and let it dry between uses. Store in a cool, dark place, keep out of eyes, and patch test first.

What does it smell like?
Very little. Tallow has a soft, natural scent of its own, but nothing is added for fragrance. No essential oils at all.
Is it OK if essential oils bother me?
Yes, that's who I made it for. There are no essential oils and no synthetic fragrance. Still patch test first, as with anything new.
Will my hair feel different at first?
It might. A shampoo stick can feel different from liquid shampoo, so give your hair a few washes to settle in. The vinegar rinse helps.
What does the vinegar rinse do?
It rinses away any leftover residue and leaves hair feeling soft and looking shiny. Pour it over after shampooing, leave a couple of minutes, then rinse. The smell fades as hair dries.
Is it vegan?
No. It's made with beef tallow, so it isn't vegan.
