The other three bars use our tallow blend base: tallow from our local Marlborough butcher, blended with olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter and castor oil, then finished with fresh cow’s milk. Every bar is palm oil-free. I make each batch by hand in our Marlborough workshop using the traditional cold process method, then let the bars cure slowly until they’re ready. That slow cure means the saponification is complete and no sodium hydroxide remains in the finished soap.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eAs each bar is handmade in small batches, slight variations in colour, scent and shape can happen from bar to bar.
